The space

Step inside an elegant interior where large windows bathe the spaces in natural sunlight. Three bedrooms offer one queen bed and five single beds; three bathrooms serve your party. Outside, a 9 m × 4 m infinity pool frames the sea. The terrace, garden, barbecue, and outdoor shower invite alfresco relaxation. Cook with ease in the full equipped kitchen and connect via Starlink 100–200 Mbps WiFi or unwind with satellite TV. Air conditioning keeps you cool. A fire extinguisher and a safe add peace of mind. A laundry room with washing machine and ironing gear completes the comforts.

Guest access

Enter through a private entrance shaded by two majestic olive trees. A short unpaved road of about 50 m leads to the door. No elevator or step-free access is available.

The neighborhood

Perched between villas Lefki and Arkoudi, Villa Atokos offers stunning sea views from Meganissi to Ithaca. Wander 600 m down a narrow, steep path to a secluded pebble beach. Watch the sunrise paint the horizon in vivid colors from the terrace.

Getting around

Park up to four cars in the accessible car park on site. For bus travel, the nearest stop in Sivota is 2.5 km away.

Other things to note

Please note the path to the beach is narrow and steep. An environmental tax of €15 per day is payable in cash upon arrival. Minimum stay requirements vary by season, and additional charges may apply for changes. Smoking is forbidden, and pets are considered. Professional disinfestation is performed regularly, but contact with insects or small animals can occur.
