Guests arrive via a private driveway with complimentary parking for five cars (two in the garage and three outdoor). Step-free access leads from the parking area to the main living spaces. One ground-floor bedroom offers easy entry for guests with reduced mobility. Please note that stairs lead to the pool area and other upper levels. Private access to the sea is available via the personal pontoon just 40 meters from the villa.

Getting around

The nearest airport is Aktion National Airport (PVK), a roughly one hour drive from the villa. Private transfers normally take around one hour and fifteen minutes. Sivota port lies 3.5 km away with pontoons that can accommodate vessels up to 80 feet.

WiFi throughout the villa and on outdoor terraces uses Starlink satellite service, delivering reliable speeds of 100 to 200 Mbps. A proactive disinfestation program complies with environmental regulations, though occasional encounters with local wildlife may occur.
